![]() I'm going to purchase a USB blue tooth receive and see if I can get my PC to detect my mouse that way.ĬPU: Ryzen 7 3700X Matisse 3. I know the mouse can also connect via blue tooth (I tried it with my laptop in addition to using the receiver, and they both function exactly the same). I really don't know what else I can do to diagnose the problem. This PC is also Windows 10, same version. The driver software would not detect the wireless receivers/devices. The only thing that I found interesting was when I tried using the devices in their driver software on my old custom built PC (2013). Updating all my hardware drivers (especially my motherboard) Plugging in the wireless USB receivers on a USB hub Plugging in the wireless USB receivers on each of the different ports on my PC (USB 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2) Tried reinstalling the system drivers in my Device Manager Laptop has the exact same version of Windows 10 as 2020 PC Trying both wireless devices with my Windows laptop and Mac laptop (no problems here, so I know it's not an issue with the wireless hardware) Updating to the latest version of Windows 10 Reinstalling the drivers with a previous version Here is a list of things I've tried to diagnose this problem: I have no problems with my wired Corsair keyboard when I try to access it via the iCUE software, my wired RedDragon gaming mouse, or any of my hard component drivers (GPU, RAM, Heatsink) to toggle the RGB. I don't know if this is an issue that's exclusive to wireless devices, but so far, my two wireless devices are having this problem. The devices themselves work fine without the drivers, but I'd like to be able to customize my hardware using the provided driver software. I go into the Logitech Options driver software, and the software will say no unifying receiver is detected. I have the wireless unifying receiver plugged into my PC. This is the same exact problem with my wireless Logitech MX Master 3 mouse. However, when I try to find it in the product driver software (SteelSeries Engine) so that I can toggle with the settings, nothing is detected. I am able to toggle between the headphones in the sound settings. It shows up in my device manager exactly as expected. There is a transmitter base station that connects wirelessly to the headset. For example, I have a SteelSeries Arctic Pro Wireless gaming headset. Everything works great! The only problem is that the PC has issues detecting certain USB devices in the driver software. Still a great mouse, 5/7.I have a very interesting problem that I can't find information about anywhere on the internet. Now head over to the Power Management tab and untick all the options there. ![]() Right-click on the driver and go to Properties. Once the Device Manager is opened, find your Logitech driver in the USB Section. I'm not sure if this is the solution for everyone, but I had not considered Logitech wouldn't make the receiver that came in the box forgettable and then require it to be repaired. Press and hold the Windows key then press X, now click Device Manager. In Logitech Options, Click "add devices", add "unifying receiver". Set the desired connection number to pairing mode (press and hold till flashing rapidly), then plug in the receiver. Alternatively, removing using the device manager works as well. Unplug the receiver and removing the Unifying receiver from installed devices ( Bluetooth and other device settings, Logitech Unifying Receiver, Remove device). This could happen when someone has set the connection to pair mode by mistake.įor the solution, you will need to have Logitech Option installed. What it seems like is happening is the receiver is forgetting the identity of the mouse or the mouse forgot the identity of the receiver. Most people have been saying they have issues connecting with the uniting receiver I have found a solution that worked for me. I've seen several people across the internet post about issues with the Logitech MX Master 3 and other similar models.
